Customer Review: Are we drinking the same decaf?
I bought two boxes of this because of the glowing reviews above. But my experience was different. We have a Keurig B-60 Special Edition, which allows brewing for the user's choice of three different cup sizes, approx. six, eight, and ten ounces each. On the ten-ounce setting, this decaf -- straight -- was, for me, essentially undrinkable, and I poured it down the sink. Eight ounces is tolerable. Six ounces, straight, is OK; in the smallest size, there's a subtle note of hazelnut flavor here that's not at all unpleasant. The key is to savor, not gulp. Granted, I do enjoy a bolder roast than many, but I'm off caffeine for six months for health reasons and still desperately seeking a K-cup decaf I can love. This isn't it. Sorry, Gloria Jean. I know you meant well.
Customer Review: Great decaf
Love this coffee. It is so hard to find good decaf and I have really enjoyed this.

There are many countries that are synonymous with the production of coffee beans. Those countries could include Columbia, Brazil, Guatemala, Arabia, etc. However, one may not consider the country of the United States as a producer of fine coffee.

This oversight may be due to the fact that one may forget that Hawaii is part of the United States and that Hawaii is known for their production of coffee. Two particular Hawaiian islands that are know for their coffee is the Big Island and the Island of Molokai.

If researching the Hawaiian coffee harvest on Molokai, it is important to understand more about the Island of Molokai, the lifestyle of this island, and what make this Hawaiian coffee so unique. The Island Of Molokai

The agriculture found on Molokai is truly a reflection of the lifestyle of the inhabitants found on this island. That lifestyle is a commitment of the people to preserve the pristine beauty of the landscape and to honor the resources of the land and the surrounding sea. This commitment has resulted in little or no change to the island and avoidance of modern day development experienced by other islands.

Therefore, this mindset and subsequent respect of the land produces quality crops. Those crops include sugar, pineapple and coffee. The Hawaiian coffee produced on the island of Molokai is a new crop, but is beginning to make strides in the coffee market.

The Uniqueness Of Hawaii Coffee From Molokai

The reason why Hawaiian coffee from Molokai does so well is due to two basic factors. Those factors include the climate and the soil.

The climate of Molokai is conducive to the growing of tropical crops. This is due to its proximity to the equator. In addition, the island of Molokai receives abundant sunshine and moderate amounts of rainfall.

In addition to the climate, Hawaiian coffee beans grown on the island of Molokai are enhanced by the soil that comprises this land. It is a well known fact that the Hawaiian Islands were formed from a series of volcanic eruptions. Subsequently, this soil is intensely red in color, allows for the drainage of water and is saturated with mineral content. This rich soil is extremely conducive to the growth of Hawaiian coffee on the Island of Molokai.

One other feature of the land of Molokai is that one particular coffee plantation borders a large reservoir. This reservoir acts as a huge humidifier which helps to standardize the humidity. In addition, the water from the reservoir enables the Hawaiian coffee producers to adequately irrigate the coffee trees.

If you don't mind instant coffee granules or powder, it isn't that difficult to make a cup of coffee. You just put a teaspoonful of it in a cup or mug, boil some water, pour it on, stir and then serve. However, if you want "proper" coffee, not instant, the process isn't quite so easy unless you have a coffee machine.

There are many different types of coffee machine available and which one you choose will depend on the features and the price of the appliance. In a domestic environment, you don't necessarily need all the "bells and whistles" that a commercial enterprise would require, but if you want to make different types of coffee, you'll want something a little fancy.

First of all, you can choose the look and size of the coffee machine. If you only have a small space available, there's no point buying a huge machine and this may restrict the facilities that it has. For example, it will affect the number of cups of coffee which can be produced before the water reservoir must be refilled. In terms of appearance, there is either plastic or stainless steel to choose from and plastic may come in a variety of colours depending of the make of the machine.

Another early decision will be whether you want a filter machine with a jug or whether you want an espresso machine. The latter is usually more versatile but may well cost more to buy and you'll also need to buy more coffee as by it's nature espresso is usually stronger than filter coffee.

Filter coffee machines usually have a jug which sits on a hotplate to keep the coffee warm. This is useful if you have a lot of people drinking coffee, for example in an office, but although you can vary the number of cups you make, it isn't really practical for a lone drinker (unless you drink far too much) because the hotplate doesn't really keep the coffee that warm over time and the flavour becomes a bit "stewed" if not drunk within an hour or so.

Espresso machines, particularly really do come in all different shapes and sizes, from the tiny little one cup machines to the large (and expensive) types which have a large reservoir, grind the coffee, dispense and tamp it down then discards the spent coffee when the water has run through. All you have to do with one of these is make sure that there is enough water and beans then froth the milk if you want it.

Medium priced espresso machines will usually have a reasonably large water reservoir and a milk frothing system. Cheaper ones will probably only hold enough water for a couple of cups and won't have a frother. It's really horses for courses depending on how much and what sort of coffee you like to drink.

Many brands have similar models of the machine, so you may want to visit a few different electrical shops and compare prices, brand facilities and warranty conditions, before you make your decision.

Whichever type you buy, don't forget that there is different ready ground coffee for filter machines than for espresso machines so make sure that you pick up the right sort in the supermarket. Either way, once water has run through the coffee, don't even think about trying to use the coffee again or it will look and taste like dishwater!

If you choose the right machine for the job, then you should have good tasty coffee whenever you want it.

The Perfect Pod Holster allows you to use virtually any pod 55mm and greater in your Keurig coffee Machine. It features a self tamping spring which extracts a beter cup of coffee or tea. Now you can buy less expensive pods and use them in your Keurig machine. You can also make your own custom coffee pods using the Perfect Pod Maker (sold seperately) for the perfect cup of coffee you have been looking for.
Customer Review: Very helpful
This pod holster is very helpful as it lets you use the Senseo pods for more choices.
Customer Review: Did not work as expected but....
Bought the holster to save money of course on the K cups. I bought the Douwe egberts pods on sale and used them on the holster as directed. I brewed as directed numerous times but the taste of the coffee that came out had a consistently diluted taste. Looking at the design I thought that the base being left open to accommodate the spring mechanism led to decreased hot water pressure inside the pod which was the strength of the K cups. In the K cups the hot water gets forced into the coffee granules under pressure thus leading to a full taste. So to get around this problem I recycled the K cups by washing out the used coffee and after letting the filter dry I cut open a pod and poured the contents inside the recycled K cup (which of course has the cover foil removed). I just used the cover of the holster to act as a cap on the K cup and placed it in the machine. The difference in the taste was like night and day. Try this method yourself to see the difference. The pod holster concept was great, but I think you could use it another way to get a better tasting cup of coffee.

Customer Review: 10x the cost of Swiss Miss packets for an inferior product and no real convenience factor!
Let me start this review by saying that I ***LOVE*** my Keurig machine! I can get a great cup of coffee, any strength, any brew, any boldness, any flavor, without brewing up a whole pot. It is a brilliant concept for coffee, which has always lent itself to either mass-brewing or pathetic "instant-coffee". Tea and cocoa, however, typically cost anywhere from $1-$4 per box of 20-30 bags/packets. Tea and cocoa are inherantly single-shot items to begin with, so the idea of paying $10-14 for a box of 24 tea or cocoa K-cups is ludicrous. It offers no real extra convenience and costs about ten times the price. It would be like buying a Kia Rio for $8,000 or a Daewoo Leganza for $80,000... they are both basically the same car, so why pay ten times more for one? It just makes no sense. On a side note, I also have found that this cocoa is a bit watery at times and doesn't even hold up to a packet of Swiss Miss and some hot water.
Customer Review: Weak
You have to use two of these cocoa's. One you have to open and put in the cup while using another in the machine. This cocoa is very weak in taste and texture.

These days, why bother spending the time and gas money going to a brick-and-mortar shopping mall when you can find everything you need at an online mall? With a click of your mouse, you can have electronics, housewares, health and beauty products, office products, tools, sports and recreational toys and games without ever having to leave your house.

Personally, I've never cared for shopping. I've always found it to be a hassle. Although it may sound sacrilegious to shopaholics, I can't stand the thought of getting dressed, traipsing to the car in inclement weather, battling for a parking space, and going from store to store in search of that elusive gift or necessity. I'd much rather surf the Web and let my fingers do the shopping.

Even my ten-year-old son loves to shop in online malls. Of course, I'm always by his side to make sure he only visits appropriate sites, but he looks forward to spending his allowance at small and large online malls. His preference is to peruse the personal electronics sections of online malls, particularly video games. After saving up for two months, he recently bought a Nintendo DS game, Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time. After he makes a purchase, he looks forward to checking the mail and watching for the UPS truck to roll down our street, and is delighted when his package arrives.

My husband also frequents online malls, primarily to look for sports equipment and tools. He plays basketball and baseball in recreational leagues, and never seems to have enough baseball bats. Whenever there's a job to be done around the house and he doesn't have the required tools, he orders them online and they've usually arrived by the time the next weekend rolls around.

As for me, I'm partial to shopping for housewares in online malls. I've found great deals on kitchen appliances - especially a toaster with touchpad controls and a 12-cup programmable coffeemaker. Thanks to my online shopping experiences, my kitchen is decked out with everything from the latest and greatest blender to a handy quesadilla maker.

In all honesty, though, my online purchases aren't limited to housewares. I can't remember the last time I went to the mall. I buy virtually everything except groceries online - and when online grocery service was available in my area, I bought my groceries online, too.

In my world, online malls are a godsend. It's just my preference, but there are so many things I'd rather do than go shopping.

Customer Review: Excellent coffee
My wife and I love the coffee. It was a hit in the office as well.

In order to produce a create coffee drink of espresso - one requires a dedicated machine that delivers a highly pressurized stream of hot water necessary for processing this particular kind of fine, powder-like ground coffee. With a thicker consistency than drip coffee, little amounts of espresso are usually served - often as a shot. However, it is very common to see espresso mixed with other beverages, such as cappuccino and lattes, in an attempt to lessen the strong taste and level of caffeine.

With a history that dates back to the early 20th century in Milan, Italy - espresso has become a famous drink amongst coffee lovers. This trend has prompted an increasing number of people to purchase their own espresso coffee machines in order to bring home the taste they deeply enjoy.

Before you attempt to use your espresso machine (depending on your model), you will probably need to get an espresso grinder and espresso beans, demitasse cups, and water. When approaching the topic of water in regards to using your espresso machine, it is suggested to keep in mind that bottled spring water is not the premium choice for your machine. The amount of minerals found in spring water will spoil your espresso machine. Alternatively, it is preferable to use water that has gone through a process of filtration.

To get an overview of how to use an espresso machine, an example of instructions is posted below:

1) First, you will pour clear, cold water into the water enclosure of your machine. The boiler cap on your unit should be closed. In order to create one shot of espresso - one ounce of water is needed. A double shot requires two ounces. Depending on your espresso machine, you may be able to produce up to four shots at one time.

2) Position the coffee basket in the filter holder, followed by lightly packing in the ground coffee. Most filters will provide a way to measure how much espresso you are creating.

3) Next, you will remove any grounds found on the sides and top of the filter. The filter holder is then placed in the espresso machine.

4) If your machine comes with a glass carafe, this is the time where you position the carafe under the spout. When no carafe is available, a cup is enough. Turn on the machine and in due time - the water is heated to the appropriate temperature and then forced through the coffee grounds.

5) The ideal espresso shot delivers brown foam (referred to as "crema") to the top of the coffee as it begins to flow into your container. When the foam starts to turn white, this is an indication that the liquid with the best taste is no longer exiting the machine. Quickly remove your cup or carafe.

When looking for the proper beans to use with your espresso machine, you should know that specially selected and roasted options are found at major supermarket chains or coffee specialty shops. Serious espresso drinkers normally purchase an espresso grinder and produce their own ground coffee before brewing.

Keurig Single Serve Gourmet Coffee & Tea Brewing System
Customer Review: Keurig B66 Model
Wanted the newest... Replaced a B50, which served us well, and will be recycled to a member of the family. This unit has 3 cup sizes... the largest doesn't fill a mug, thus the 4 star rating. It's going to take at least two brewings to fill a travel mug. The unit works just fine, no problems yet. Easy, convenient, and no wasting pots of coffee. The garden can only drink so much coffee... We drink a medium amount of coffee, but these units have opened up a whole new world of taste and flavor. The My K-Cup came with this unit, so this would be a worthwhile extra purchase. It also works just fine.

Could the infrawave speed cooking countertop oven usher in a new era of convenience for the home cook? For years, the microwave was considered the end all to be all in terms of cooking and heating convenience, but at the end of the day everyone was more than familiar with the sogginess of microwaved foods.

Although the microwave was and still is the fastest way to heat food, some of us secretly wish we could enjoy a hot, oven-baked entree without devoting hours to preparation and cooking. No longer will the devoted home chef or baker have to give up their art because of long cooking times. The infrawave oven offers the same capabilities of a conventional oven, including the golden brown crusts and edges that you crave; but it can accomplish it in half the time.

Could it really be possible that the goodness of home baking in your kitchen can be attained in half the time, with a convenience similar to the microwave? The answer is yes. With its new infrared technology, the infrawave speed cooking countertop oven can deliver freshly baked goods to your table in half the time, with all the flavor. The secret is in the capability of the different wavelengths of infrared heat that are utilized in the infrawave oven.

The infrawave oven uses both long and short wave radiation. Long wave radiation is more capable of penetrating the surface of the food you are trying to cook than short wave. This is why the conventional oven requires so much time. The conventional oven relies on short wave radiation to bring your food up to temperature and cook it. With the infrawave, you will enjoy the same mechanics of heat cooking as a normal oven, but it will happen twice as fast!

With your own infrawave speed cooking countertop oven, you can take up baking your favorite entrees and desserts, in half the time. To add to the value, the infrawave can cook frozen foods as well! If you haven't looked into infrared speed cooking, you should do yourself a favor and check out the infrawave speed cooking countertop oven today.

In the 1930's scientists realized that there was more to the world than they previously thought. There was a lot of focus around this and it can be considered as the birth of the scientific age.

Coffee can be just as confusing as molecular physics if you let it be. It might just be a delicious drink to many people, but there are so many different names it can be like a maze! Whether you are brewing commercial-grade coffee in your Gevalia machine, or taking time to roast your own beans, coffee can be an exotic adventure.

A simple cup of coffee such as a Frappe is very popular in Europe, it's basically just a cold espresso which is made with two teaspoons of sugar, two teaspoons of milk and some crushed ice. It's served with a straw which makes it a very different drink!

On the other end of the scale you've got something much more extravagant, the Cappuccino Borgia. These have quarter of a cup of peeled orange, half a cup of chocolate ice cream, sex tablespoons of orange juice and quarter cup of milk to an espresso.

If you want a more modern variation of coffee then you could consider the Calypso Cooler. This coffee is chilled and very strong. This is flavored with some very ripe bananas and coffee ice cream. When rum is added it's truly amazing!

There are a number of nationalities that like the idea of adding alcohol to their coffee, in particular Latin. The Caffee Zabglone has a quarter of a cup of Marsala with quarter of a cup of sugar. Four egg yolks are added along with a pinch of salt. This mixture should be cooked until it is a little thick. Add to this mixture a cup of roast coffee and then you've got a beautiful drink!

Ancient Rome had an amazing coffee drink which is much better than the modern variations! You should add double strength coffee to half a cup of cream, eggnog and bourbon. This creates a Mardi Gras which is unforgettable!

Turkish coffee is well known for being very dark and having a very strong flavor when mixed with cardamom. However other countries have also found good ways of mixing cardamom and coffee together, Scandinavians make cardamom coffee.

To make this you should get an eighth of a cup of cognac and add two teaspoons of Curacao. Also add to this one teaspoon of sugar and a cardamom pod which you have cracked open and taken the seeds out. Heat it up in your microwave for about 10-15 seconds and then set it on fire with a match. Pour on your coffee to the lit mixture and drink.

There are a number of different people who have created wonderful ways of drinking this delicious drink. The people inventing these may not have invented anything important, but that doesn't mean that they shouldn't be remembered.

Customer Review: not so much
honestly, I've had better hot chocolate from the instant packets you get in a box. Probably would not order again.
Customer Review: Not The Best
I love my Keurig Brewer for coffee, but it falls short on hot chocolate. Regardless of the setting, it's watery and not very flavorful. Probably not enough of the powder dissolves in the water stream. I've even tried setting on the smallest cup size and using 2 k cups. Still watery and not very flavorful. Stick with the coffees for this machine and make your hot chocolate with milk in the microwave where you can put in as much powder as you like.

Iced coffee is a refreshing beverage the will provide some added energy as well as a wonderful taste on a busy day or relaxing vacation. It is relatively easy to make at home, and there are many coffee shops that provide iced caffeine for their customers. People who would like a nice cup of iced coffee should start out with the procedure that they use to make their hot coffee.

For the best flavors, people should choose coffee that has a flavor to match their individual preference. Each person should use the same amount of coffee that they like for their regular coffee. Once they have the coffee brewed, they should pour the coffee into a pitcher.

The coffee should be left on the counter for a few hours until it reaches room temperature, or it should be placed in the refrigerator until it cools down. For a group of people, ice cubes can be added to the pitcher of coffee or some of the coffee can be poured over some ice cubes in an individual glass. The iced caffeine should be stirred to mix the coffee and the ice cubes. After this is complete, people can add sugar and milk if desired.

Add To Iced Coffee For Terrific Treats

The local coffee bars and some restaurants now offer some wonderful iced caffeine drinks. Local coffee bars with these fantastic choices are located in many neighborhoods. When dining out, those who would like an alcoholic drink after dinner or with dessert should order an iced coffee with some tasty additions.

Amaretto is an alcoholic beverage that has the wonderful taste of almonds. Adding this to the iced caffeine will provide a unique, delicious taste. This iced coffee drink is also very nice when ice cream, milk and almond extract is added to the mix. Other alcoholic beverages with distinctive tastes can also be added to the iced caffeine.

There are some great recipes using Kahlua, Bailey' Irish Cream, ice cream and plenty of ice. People might add other favorite alcoholic beverages to their cooled coffee. Some recipes for these can be found in of the magazines devoted to food and drink.

Some of these include brilliant suggestions for garnishes such as orange wedges that can be added to the cool drinks when entertaining. This wonderful beverage is increasingly popular, and many guests will welcome a unique blend of coffee cooled with ice cream and ice cubes after a delicious meal.

Customer Review: Not bad for decaf
I have often decried the lack of flavored decaf k-cups, but this one is fine. The flavor is more vanilla extract than vanilla bean, but it's fun, we enjoy it. We'll order it again, because, well, what other decaf choices are there? Hazelnut, or plain! Just don't bother brewing it any higher than the 5.5 oz (strongest) setting -- it's not a strong coffee!
Customer Review: I love love love this coffee!
We recently received a Keurig brewer for Christmas 2008 and have been trying all of the different flavored coffee k-cups and this one is my favorite. I think the subtle vanilla flavor is great. It has a nice nutty after-taste and an almost creamy mouth feel. This is a great coffee!

Due to the crystal clear images and the near perfectness of the LCD televisions, it has become well-known over the past years. LCD television has a greater lifespan than plasma TVs. However, it does not mean that the LCD TV will last a lifetime. Of course, the LCD TV also undergoes a wear and tear process just like any other thing. It is also subject to other mechanical and technical problems. They produce images by the coiling and uncoiling of the crystals.

Normally, LCD TVs can last up to 60,000 hours and even up to 80,000 hours when used properly under favorable conditions taking into consideration the room temperature and proper maintenance. The display of the LCD television will eventually deteriorate over a period of time. The lights that illuminate the pixels will also dim in time. Therefore how long your television will last depends on the light source, which produces the crystal clear pictures.

To maintain the white balance in your LCD television, one must maintain the quality of the light source. This is very important for your television to last for quite some time. If you plan on buying an LCD TV, then choose one which has an extended warranty rather than the cheaper ones which do not have any warranties on them. Take good care also of the contrast levels. If the contrast level is high at an extended period of time, the television will deteriorate faster. But if the ambient light is maintained at low levels, the lifespan of the light source will be more.

The televisions manufactured by Sharp have separate light source while others have the light source placed along with the other units. Automatic coffee machines with timers can actually save you a bit of time in the morning. All you have to do is fill and set the machine the night before to start brewing whilst you have your shower or even 10 minutes before the dreaded alarm goes off and you will have coffee ready to get your day started.

With some machines you can even get a quick cup before all the coffee has brewed because of a flow interruption mechanism which stops the flow of coffee to stop for a few seconds when the carafe is pulled out.

K-Cups for the Keurig Brewer. buttery flavor of luscious nutty pecans 4 boxes of 25 cups.

What exactly is the Touch of Color LCD TV? Is it a gimic, a ground breaking, trend setting innovation or simply a clever marketing campaign? Well it may actually be a little bit of each.

The battle for market share for LCD TV sales has become increasingly challenging over the years. Samsung has tried a new approach to differentiate their LCDs in the battle for the LCD TV market share with it's Touch of Color LCD flat screen TVs.

The Touch of Color LCDs have turned out to be a great success for Samsung as they have been wildly popular among consumers. The Touch of Color design is a unique color process that adds a hint of amber color blended in with the traditional piano black bezel for a smooth, sleek, attractive appearance. The popularity of the TV has proved that consumers are interested in having their TVs be attractive pieces of art, even when turned off. I would expect for other manufacturers to follow suit with their own stylish and unique designs in the upcoming years.

The Touch of Color is a design feature simply for the exterior of the TV. It does not light up or add any other bells or whistles. While the design element is attractive, the TV obviously would not be successful if it did not perform brilliantly when turned on. The Samsungs do not disappoint in this area either.

The Samsungs offer a full 1080p picture for the ultimate HD resolution. The crisp, clear images capture the essence of high definition television.

The Samsungs offer a 4ms response time and a 120hz frame rate with their Auto Motion Plus technology that doubles the frame rate from 60hz to 120hz. The Auto Motion Plus technology allows the TV to interpolate between frames for a smooth transition. It handles motion extremely well unlike early LCD models making it great for sports and other shows or movies where there is a lot of fast moving action.

In addition the TVs offer a 50,000:1 contrast ratio which improves upon the already impressive 25:000:1 contrast ratio of the previous year's model. Contrast ratio determines the ability to produce dark blacks and bright whites. A higher contrast ratio will help avoid a washed out image that can be seen in TVs with a lesser contrast ratio.

This year's model also includes InfoLink, which provides access to free RSS news, sports, stock and weather feeds through a built-in Ethernet port.

While the Touch of Color in and of itself is not a ground breaking innovation, it is certainly a design feature that has seemed to be a hit with consumers and will more then likely start a trend towards having TVs seen as pieces of art while on as well as turned off. The attractive design along with innovative features and smooth, crisp HD screen images make the Samsung Touch of Color LCD flat screens one of the best TVs for your money out on the market today.

Keurig K-cups contain pre-portioned single servings of coffee or tea from the folks who supply specialty coffee shops and stores. Pre-ground and ready-to-brew, K-cups are your express ticket to fresh, rich-tasting beverages that require a minimum of effort. Just choose a flavor and pop it in your Keurig machine what could be easier? 100% Arabica coffee Fresh-roasted and sealed for ultimate freshnessManufacturer: KeurigSize / Capacity: 18 K-cups

For a change, a good cup of coffee would be nice. It does take some time and some energy to find a great cup of gourmet coffee these days. If you do know of a perfect coffee shop, you are one of the lucky ones. But, did you know that you can actually make a wonderful cup of coffee on your own from home?

Here are 7 simple steps that you can take to produce the perfect cup of coffee every time.

Start with quality. One of the most important aspects of coffee drinking is the quality of the coffee that you start off with. If you have a favorite flavor, then purchase whole beans in that flavor. If you can do this, it will allow you to get the freshest coffee available.

Grind away. Purchase a quality coffee grinder. Some of the best grinders available today are easy to use and easy to clean up. By grinding your own coffee beans, youll be able to only grind what you need, meaning that you will have complete freshness in your coffee.

Store It Right And Tight. It is very important to store your coffee tightly. Air oxidizes the coffee and can cause it to get bitter quickly. Metal canisters can also allow a metal taste to get into the coffee, making it taste bad.

The best solution is for a plastic or ceramic air tight container for your coffee and coffee beans. Also, store it at room temperature because the moisture in the fridge or freezer can make it go bad faster.

Getting To The Coffee

The Maker. The coffee maker that you use is also important. No matter what style that you go with, you can get a good cup of coffee out of it if you take the necessary steps to keeping it fresh.

For example, you should insure that the coffee maker is kept clean after each use. In fact, youll need to make sure that you detail clean it, with the help of vinegar, every so often as well. Your preferences will ultimately determine which style of coffee maker you will use. Make sure that it uses a permanent filter in it.

Even In The Water. Even the water that you use is important to the quality of the coffee you will get from it. It is essential that you use water that is free from chlorine and minerals.

Often, using bottled water rather than tap water will improve the quality of the coffee. Also, keep the water nice and hot. A good temperature for the water is about 200 degrees Fahrenheit.

Provide The Right Amount. It is also important for you to use the right amount of coffee beans and coffee grounds in the maker. Too many and you will have a very strong cup of coffee and too few will make it to be too weak. Follow the directions provided by the coffee producer for the best cup of coffee.

Lastly and probably the most important aspect of getting a great cup of gourmet coffee is to make sure to enjoy your coffee when it is hot and fresh. Most restaurants are told to keep coffee for less than thirty minutes, but at home, the best coffee is the coffee that hasnt sat for more than twenty minutes.

Customer Review: Colombian Dorado Not So Good
Timothy's does great coffee. I've been very satisfied with their coffees in the past, but the Colombian Dorado isn't so good. Make no mistake, it's not anything Timothy's has done, it's just this type of bean/roast isn't very good.
Customer Review: timothy's is great
great coffee, smooth and delicious... like anything it gets tiresome drinking the same exact bland everyday, switch it up with other timothy variety.

Washing your clothes in cold water is great if you have cold-water detergent, but regular detergent is designed to work best with warm or hot water. If the water temperature of your washing machine is not properly regulated your clothes may not be getting as clean as they should.

Understanding how your washing machine regulates water temperature can help you determine if your washing machine is working properly. Selecting the temperature setting for your wash cycle doesnt guarantee the water temperature is correct.

Water enters your washer from separate hot and cold water taps in your home. Before making any unnecessary repairs, regulate the temperature of these two taps. In summer months your cold water will be warmer than in winter months, so you won't need the temperature of the hot water tap to be as high. You can adjust the temperature of the hot water tap by adjusting the temperature settings on your furnace or boiler.

After adjusting the temperature of the water, check the following:

-Make sure the hot and cold taps are completely open.

-Make sure the temperature selector on your washer is set to the correct setting.

-Make sure the hot and cold water hoses are correctly connected to your washer.

If the water temperature is still not correct, check the parts inside the washer that regulate water temperature. Some washers only allow hot or cold water to flow during certain cycles. Some models switch between hot and cold water, while others allow both hot and cold water to flow at the same time. (You can also look in the washer's manual for more information on how the water entering your washing machine is regulated.) The parts responsible for regulating the temperature of the water are the temperature selector switch and water inlet valve.

The temperature selector switch allows you to choose the temperature of the wash and rinse cycles. Some washers only have a few choices of water temperatures, and some washers have many choices. The temperature selector switch consists of electrical circuits and contacts that open and close depending on the water temperature selected.

The water inlet valve is located at the back of your washer and it's connected to the cold and hot water taps in your home. The water inlet valve contains two solenoids sometimes referred to as coils. One solenoid is for the hot water and one is for the cold water. The temperature selector switch regulates the opening and closing of the solenoids to control the flow of water through the valve. After the water passes through the solenoids, it leaves the valve through one common hose and fills your washer.

If there's a problem with your water inlet valve, the water temperature is affected. Find out how to examine, test, and replace your washer's water inlet valve in next weeks article Washer Woes: Part 2 - How to replace a water-inlet valve.

The advantages of K-cups include an airtight seal and cup which locks out light, oxygen, and humidity (all of which adversely affect coffee flavor), a pure paper filter, as well as the ideal grind and measure for that variety of coffee or tea. In fact the patented Keurig K-cup is actually a highly engineered, technologically advanced mini-brewer. Timothy's sources pure origin coffee from countries around the world who grow specialty grade Arabica beans. Only, the top 1-5% of any harvest will meet their strict standards for quality. This light roasted blend owns a smooth, easy-going flavor, made complex with the sweet, aromatic Costa Rican and smoky Guatemalan coffee beans.

Single cup coffee brewing systems are growing in popularity and there are several reasons why they are attracting coffee lovers. There is quite a variety of machines available now and making a choice will take thought and evaluation. Some machines use coffee packaged in paper 'pods'. The freshness of the pods can not always be assured and the available blends will vary from machine to machine. A few can use interchangeable pods but the Tassimo Single Cup system can only brew coffee using a T-Disc. All Keurig One Cup brewing systems use K-Cups, which are small containers of vacuum packed coffee, available in a variety of blends and flavors.

Decide if a Single Cup brewing system is right for you. Consider the benefits:

  • Every cup is served hot and fresh.
  • Brewing a single cup is convenient.
  • Coffee is brewed in 1 to 3 minutes.
  • Flavor is a great improvement over instant coffee.
  • There are no beans to grind.
  • A coffee filter is not necessary.
  • You can choose different coffee flavors and blends for each cup.
  • There is no messy cleanup - no grounds to dump.
  • There is less waste as you brew only what you will drink.
  • It's ideal for coffee drinkers who each like different types of coffee.
  • A single brewer can be used at the office or work.
  • A small brewing system, such as the Keurig Mini B30, is compact and travels well.

When you are trying to decide if a single cup system is for you:

  • Read the reviews of each machine.
  • How durable and reliable are the various coffee brewers?
  • What is the customer feedback on single serve machines?
  • Evaluate different machines on the internet.
  • Check out Amazon.com and Consumer Reports.
  • Visit stores that carry single machines and look over the different brands.
  • How much kitchen counter space does a machine need?
  • What is a best selling brand?
  • What is the customer feedback?
  • What is the availability of coffee for the machine?
  • Does it use a K-Cup, a T-Disc, or an interchangeable pod?
  • Compare the cost of K-cups and pods.
  • Compare the cost of using pods or K-Cups with the money wasted when you dump undrinkable, stale coffee.
  • Compare the cost of purchasing bags of coffee beans for variety vs. the cost of the variety you can get with K-Cups or pods.

Selecting a coffee brewing system is really not a simple matter. A good hot cup of coffee can be an essential- so make sure you select a brewing system that will be the right one for you!

Customer Review: Very good flavor
I agree with the other reviews. This tea does have a very good flavor. It tastes as good or better than the Twinings. Since Twinings English Breakfast decaf is no longer available through Amazon, this is a good alternative.
Customer Review: Good tea
Excellent tea. Timothy's need to make their coffee as robust as this tea. Good stuff!

With all of the fanfare that it has been receiving a lot of people have asked the question, "Exactly what does reverse osmosis do?" "What is reverse osmosis?" you ask. Don't worry, by the time that you finish reading this article, you will possess at least a rudimentary understanding of the RO system and what it can and cannot do.

Let's begin with what does reverse osmosis do? The RO system is responsible for filtering large volumes of water by pushing it through a porous membrane filter at high pressure for the purpose of removing minerals and seeable contaminants. Seeable contaminants are those that have a molecular weight greater than that of the water itself.

What is reverse osmosis used for? It originally was designed in order to reduce the number of deaths resulting from exposure to waterborne parasites and bacteria at the turn of the century. Before RO came along the people were at the mercy of the contaminants and were dying at a rate of 174 people out of every 10,000. This number was reduced after RO's inception.

The most significant difference was made after the idea was brought up to disinfect the water with chlorine. The system had only been partially effective up until that point, and from there the numbers greatly improved. Thousands of lives have been saved due to the use of RO.

That's a great history lesson, but what does reverse osmosis do now? It basically serves the same function that it did almost a century ago. Unfortunately for us, it's not doing much better of a job now than it did then. RO by design, simply hasn't been able to keep up with the ever evolving contaminant base that is in our reservoir system.

What is reverse osmosis going to do about this growing contaminant threat? It's not going to do anything about it. The federal government seems for the most part content with having an invention that does little more than de-mineralize cleaning our drinking water. They seem to think that having water barely safer than drinking from a stream is okay.

It must have improved at least a little since it was brought into use so long ago. What does reverse osmosis do better now than it did in the beginning? The membrane filter has improved somewhat so that it can actually filter out smaller objects, but it is still powerless to stop liquid chemical agents or microbial parasites and bacteria.

What is reverse osmosis going to change in order to be able to better combat the contaminants present today? The RO system would have to undergo a major overhaul which most municipalities cannot afford to expend the money to complete. I'm sad to say that without the aid of additional filters that the RO system is not going to be able to help.

The best answer to your question of what does reverse osmosis do is that it doesn't do enough. The safest advice that I can offer to you is to purchase a home water purification system today. The treatment facilities that utilize reverse osmosis technology can't begin to help you, only you can.

Green Mountain Sumatra K-Cups are a favorite for my morning brew. Not perfect, but very good compared to some that I have tried. If you enjoy a nice bold cup of coffee in the morning, try Green Mountain Sumatra.

A coffee mug can be different things to different people. It can be large or small and made out of a variety of different materials. Coffee drinkers all around the world use different types of containers to hold their morning-- or all day long-- cups of coffee. Manufacturers use different materials to make different kinds of drinking utensils for holding scaling, steaming cups of coffee, and each has a personality of its own. Some people use the same coffee mug year after year, while others get a different one each day.

The most common material to make a coffee mug out of is porcelain, followed by stainless steel, like a giant thermos and its top 'mug' cup, or plastic or glass. Porcelain and glass are the most common for household coffee drinkers, but so are 'porta-mugs' and insulated mugs that can go wherever you go. Most insulated coffee mugs fit inside special holders in vehicles, or hang on the window with a hook that allows for easy, and quick, access.

Since many people don't think they're even human before they've had that first sip of coffee to get them going in the morning, a coffee mug takes on a special sense of importance to some people. Some people like their names engraved on 'their' coffee mug, and nobody better touch it or else. Coffee mugs come in all kinds of shapes and sizes as well, and imagination is the only limitation to design.

While porcelain holds the heat in, they can also be difficult to hold because of that heat. They're also very easy to break, and most people don't care to have hot coffee spilled all over them first thing in the morning, or any other time. Plastic coffee mugs are okay for most uses, but they don't hold the heat in very long and coffee gets cold rather fast. A stainless steel mug or thermos mug does the trick in keeping coffee hot, sometimes scaling, but then you still have the same problem hanging onto it without burning your hands.

Most coffee mug designs however, are fitted with lids nowadays, and are made of insulated plastic that not only keeps that coffee piping hot, but also allows you to hold it without getting scorched fingers. The coffee stays hot for a very long time, allowing for sipping rather than hurried gulping. This type of mug is the most common these days, as it's easy to take with you whether you're driving, walking, or hurrying to and fro.

Most mugs hold at least two regular cups of coffee, or thereabouts, and no less. Gotta make it worth your while, don't you, especially if you're transporting it to work with you. If a person can carry a super sized cola drink, why not a super sized container of hot coffee? Many insulated coffee mug designs can hold up to 24 ounces of hot coffee, offering the coffee drinker hot java all day long. Just remember: a coffee mug by any other name is still a coffee mug.

Bring the romance of Italy home with the rich, full-flavor of espresso coffee. Espresso machines are becoming more popular for home brewing. There are a wide variety of espresso machine styles available for the home consumer. The prices vary depending upon the machine's features: manual, semi-manual, or automatic.

The brewing system of the espresso machines force hot, pressurized water through coffee which is ground into a fine powder. The result is a steamy, distinct flavor with an enticing aroma and served in 3 ounce shots. Espresso coffee beans are strong and highly caffeinated, yet produce a smooth bodied coffee.

All espresso coffee machines have basically the same working parts:

Water Reservoir - Just like traditional coffee makers, the reservoir contains the water for brewing. Most can be removed for cleaning.

Pump - Draws the water into the chamber that heats the water, producing the high pressure needed to make the coffee. Heating Chamber - Usually made of stainless steel with the coiled heating element at the bottom. It works on the same principle as an electric toaster, heating the water as it passes through the chamber.

Portafilter - This holds the filter basket in which the ground coffee is placed. The hot, pressurized water passes through the filter to produce the espresso.

Steam Wand - Use this for making a latte type of coffee. Pour cold milk under the steam wand which heats the milk. Froth is made by holding the steam nozzle close to the milk.

Controls - Depending upon the espresso machine model, the control panel with have a power switch, indicator lights for strength of brewing, temperature controls, and time controls.

With a little practice, you will have a superb cup of espresso, latte or cappuccino to serve family and friends. Experiment with various espresso beans and find the flavor that appeals most to you; some beans are even chocolate covered.

18 Pack of K-Cups / Classic Parisian roast / Thick, hearty blend / Deep, dark color / Invigorating aroma / Gives you the boast you need in the morning

Picking the perfect coffee grinder can be a tricky endeavor. Mainly, because of the time needed to get the perfect grind, what type of blades are used in the grinder and what type of coffee bean is going to be grind. Those said let's take a quick look at the all-important coffee bean.

When thinking about grinding a coffee bean, the grinder will have to account for the fact that coffee beans oxidize when exposed to air. And when the beans are ground they produce a much larger relative surface area for oxidation. Especially, since the ground now don't have any covering and can suffer even more of this effect. As a result of this oxidation, time and place need to be accounted for in order to produce the best ground. With that in mind the best place to grind beans would be at home. Mainly because more care for the product would be taken in a home setting, more so than in a corporate setting.

Now back to time. Grinding can and is a very time consuming and messy action and in order to cut down on time and to make this process as enjoyable as possible choose to invest in the effort to reap the reward. Choose to pick the best grinder that you can afford. Like I said earlier, this could be a messy and time-consuming endeavor. Don't take it lightly.

Grinders fall into three broad categories - burr, blade and crusher.

The crusher is some kind of mashing device, often an ancient-style mortar and pestle. These types of devices crush the beans in a very difficult procedure. The result is a very uneven sized granule, which is not recommended.

On the other hand, the blade grinders, don't actually grind at all, they chop. A whirling blade slices the beans into smaller and smaller sections until they approach something like a small grain. Once again, this is not recommended. The grains are invariably too large and of inconsistent size. As a consequence the surface areas of the granules vary, releasing varying amounts of flavor oils when brewed. Another effect of slicing is often the production of excess heat, as a result of the high speed of the blades. That friction warms the grounds and partially dissipates the aroma.

The Burr grinder is the best choice of all. The burr grinders have a pair of motor driven plates with pyramid-shaped teeth that grind the beans to a consistent, small-but-not-too-small granule. The even better models allow adjusting the size of the grain and the speed of the grinding. This is very important if controlling the desired brew is important. As well as, adjusting the speeds keeps the warming effect in check.

Even burr grinders fall into two classes - the conical burr grinder is preferred by real coffee aficionados. Though noisier, they allow the most control of grain size and speed.
Good conical burr grinders can rotate as slowly as 500rpm. By contrast other burr grinders spin at 10,000rpm or higher, blades between 20-30,000rpm. That allows very fine control and little heat. The fine grind is especially important for Turkish-style brews. Some grinders have a continuous dial, others have a series of up to 40 steps to adjust the granule size.

Beyond those broad attributes, the home barista (professional maker of coffee drinks) will want to look for solid construction, ease of cleaning and low noise in their machines. A cleaning brush and removable upper burrs is essential. Different materials used can also affect how much static electricity is produced - that causes the grains to stick to the burrs and container.

A timer switch and auto-shutoff is a nice addition and being able to see the beans as well as the grounds is helpful for judging the results in the grinder. Dark plastic or glass may be aesthetically appealing but it obscures the view. Grounds can change color slightly depending on the fineness. Be sure to read reviews and be prepared to spend a little more and you'll be rewarded with the freshest, most flavorful cup of coffee you have ever tasted.

The Arabs in the sixteenth century spread the habit of consuming coffee. In the United States alone, more than one million tons of coffee grains are consumed annually.

Coffee as grown on the tree undergoes a process of fermentation and roasting before its use.

The constant consumption of coffee provokes physical and psychological dependence, and also has toxic effects, thus coffee is regarded as a drug.

Just like other drugs, such as opium, coffee's active ingredients (caffeine) may be useful in the treatment of certain afflictions on a one-time basis. However, its regular use produces addiction and in many cases, several disorders.

The most important active component of coffee is an alkaloid: trimethylxanthine, or caffeine, which constitutes between 1% and 2% of the grain. It also contains an essential oil which gives coffee its typical aroma, and whose action on the digestive system is irritant, as well as cafeic and chlorogenic acids, with a diuretic effect, and diverse fatty and nitrogenated substances which oxidize and denature during the fermentation and roasting process.

Caffeine is an alkaloid of the xanthine group, chemically very similar to purine. And responsible for most of the effects of coffee.

After an intake of caffeine, more intellectual effort is possible; however the ability to comprehend and assimilate that which has been learned diminishes. When typists drink coffee they work quicker, but make more mistakes. The mental agility and dynamics which are achieved are followed by a sensation of tiredness and dejection some hours later which induces the person to take another dose. A cup of coffee does not contain any of the nutritive substances the brain requires to work adequately, such as glucose, B vitamins, lecithin, or mineral salts (phosphorous, calcium, etc.). Coffee excites but does not nourish, and in high doses it irritates and tires the nervous system.

Coffee increases heart contractions and slightly increases blood pressure. However, one must bear in mind that continuous doses cause irritability of the coronary nerves, which causes tachycardia and alterations of the heartbeat (arrhythmia). Caffeine, by increasing the level of adrenaline in the blood, predisposes the body to heart attacks.

Coffee causes an increase in the secretion of gastric juices, which may ease digestion at certain times. But continuous use produces excessive acid, gastritis, and favors the appearance of gastric ulcers as well as colitis, due to the irritant action of the essential oil coffee contains. The liver also suffers overloading when coffee is taken continually.

The continuous use of coffee has been related to bladder and colon cancer, as well as to the increase of cholesterol in the blood.

However, coffee does have some therapeutical use whenever there is no other treatment with fewer side effects.

Coffee may neutralize, though only incompletely, the depressing effects of alcohol on the nervous system. It may be used as a home remedy to partially wake up people intoxicated by alcoholic beverages.

Due to physical exhaustion and tiredness. Coffee may provide a provisional stimulus, though it never cures. It is better to apply suitable treatment in these cases.

Coffee clears the head and produces a subjective easing of influenza symptoms. In these cases, correct treatment consists of applying the natural agents which stimulate organic defenses and have preventive action. It can also ease the effects of migraines and headaches.

Although coffee have some good uses, it must never be used continuously, not even as a medicine.

Green Mountain Coffee Hazelnut Cream K-Cups 100ct - K-Cups for the Keurig Brewer. sweet, buttery aroma with the warm flavors of roasted nuts 4 boxes of 25 cups.

Holiday events can put an immense strain on all of us where gift giving is concerned. With situations like Christmas where gifts are opened in front of a crowd, some people feel put under pressure from to get the perfect gift and to make it a showy one too. That's not to mention the financial burden that Christmas presents.

We have all done this I'm sure and, although this is a common way to go about gift giving, if it is not appropriate to your personal budget do not feel obliged to act in this manner. No matter whom you are buying for, basic etiquette in present buying suggests that a cheaper gift given with love and consideration for the recipient is not only more appropriate but will often be better received.

After all, there's nothing worse than shelling out for an expensive present for someone and then never seeing it in use, worn or on display. If the person you gave the expensive and 'tasteful' painting to did not like it, for example, you will never see it on their wall, and you be left with less to spend and feeling disappointed that your gift was not well received.

Look at your list and consider who are the people you are closest to and who are important but whom you do not see so often. This is a good way of figuring out whom to spend what on. For close family members and close friends set a higher figure than for those you do not see so often but stick to your budget. No matter how much you think they'd like the latest plasma screen telly, if your budget doesn't allow for it consider a more realistic alternative.

No one wants to pay for gifts for months after the event, so try not to buy on credit unless you know you can pay it off sooner rather than later. This is one of the best ways to budget - although it may be unrealistic for some to not resort to credit at times such as Christmas. Again set a clear budget and plan how you can repay this money in advance - it will save you stress and extra cash in the long run.

A good way to budget for every person you are buying for is to think of hobbies and interests that appeal to their tastes. It is more likely they'll enjoy something that costs less but speaks to them; a gift that reflects who they are, which fits into a set budget will satisfy both parties much better than an expensive and inappropriate one. And if they don't have any obvious hobbies, you can find unusual gift ideas at sites such as Notonthehighstreet who specialise in gifts that are a little bit different.

If you have a very tight budget, get creative and make something that reflects how you feel about that person; perhaps you could send flowers. A small bouquet from somewhere like interflora along with a handmade card can go a long way to making someone feel special without breaking the bank.

Keurig K-Cups

The word "Keurig" is derived from the Dutch word for excellence and Keurig epitomizes the appreciation for excellent coffee that's simple to make. Keurig was founded by coffee lovers who believed that coffee should always be served fresh, whether at home or at the office, just as in a gourmet coffee house. They noticed that people were constantly leaving the office in search of a fresh cup of coffee and asked themselves: "Why do we brew coffee a pot at a time when we drink it a cup at a time?" From this question, the revolutionary concept of Keurig K-Cup portion pack brewing was born.Introduced in 1998, Keurig's innovative single-cup brewing system lets coffee lovers brew perfect coffee, one cup at a time, in less than a minute. Affectionately called the K-Cup system, the Keurig B50 Gourmet Single Cup Coffee Brewer is designed for simple, easy use at home. This patented single-cup brewing system lets you brew a perfect cup of gourmet coffee in less than a minute without the hassle of grinding beans, measuring coffee, handling filters or cleaning up. Keurig takes away all the guesswork from brewing a consistently great cup of coffee and, as a lover of great coffee, you deserve it. Unit Dimensions - 13H 10W 13.25D Voltage - 120VAC 60HZ / UL and c-UL approved for Household use only
Customer Review: Kreiug
I have had the B50,B60, and B70. Every brewer has not lasted over a year before some malfunction has occured with the unit.. so thats now $600.00 in 3 years...I could have had a good coffee maker by now.. Instead all their coffee makers have the same internal parts which are proven not to be a well built product. They have finally partnered with another company Breville, but I am finished buying trash.
Customer Review: Love my coffee!
I purchased this coffee maker in January of this year and love it. At fist I wondered how I'd keep up with the cost of K-cups. But, I've just ordered through Amazon's K-cup subscription and this will work well for me, financially. Look into this, folks. What a wonderful way to get your coffee at a better price and with 0 shipping charge! Now I'm enjoying great coffee at a very affordable price. Way to go, Amazon.com!

Bosch washer dryers are available in both white and silver, but only come in the Exxcel range at this current time. Exxcel is the mid- range selection of appliances that Bosch has to offer.

There are plenty of features packed into a Bosch washer dryer considering that it is a 2-in-1 laundry appliance, neither the wash or dry function seem to have been compromised in terms of practicality as the non- stop programme available on this appliance means that it can launder half a load of easy- care fabrics in just an hour. The washer dryers also include a mixed load programme, Autodry and an express wash. The Autodry function allows you to let the Bosch washer dryer decide when the wash load is dry, so it ensures that there is no energy wasted on clothes that are already dry. There is still the option of a timed dry cycle though.

The Bosch washer dryer is 60cm wide and holds 5kg of washing and 2.5 kg of drying laundry. It has a 3D Aqua Spa wash system, which is basically a wash and shower system that is designed to produce optimum washing results. It works by making water enter the drum from three sides so that it is quicker and more effective than usual. During the actual wash cycle specially designed paddles then scoop up the water and gently bathe the washing.

Although the Bosch washer dryer has an A rating for wash performance class- and the wash plus system bringing that wash performance to a wider range of temperatures- and a B for its spin drying class, it only has a C rating for energy efficiency, which compared to some of Bosch's other appliances is not that great. If you are looking to save money on energy bills or are looking to reduce your carbon footprint then you should really be looking for appliances that have an energy efficiency rating of at least B, but preferably A.

Having said that, Bosch are designed to be safe and include a pressure-resistant water supply hose, overflow prevention systems and an electronic lock that prevents the porthole from being opened by accident during a wash cycle. And there are other ways that this machine saves energy. The express wash system reduces wash programme times by up to around 40%, which means that the 40C Easycare programme should only take 55 minutes. The express wash programme is good for the environment, but can not be used for all kinds of laundry and should only be used on clothes that do not have big stains and are only lightly soiled.

Like all of Bosch's laundry appliances, the Exxcel model operates quietly in the background so as not to make a nuisance of itself and making conversations in the same room impossible with the loud rattling that you can sometimes get from an older machine. There are actually two washer dryers currently available from Bosch, but the main difference is the colour as the specifications are almost, if not exactly, the same.

Some people can't get through a day without coffee. As a host, having the right coffee maker for visitors is a necessity. Coffee is also a wonderful conversation starter and makes your home smell good in a comfortable, familiar kind of way. Who doesn't love to smell a good cup of coffee brewing?

But here's the thing: everybody likes coffee prepared a different way. Have you noticed that? Some love it straight up. Others prefer mocha, cappuccino, vanilla syrup, irish etc. Starbucks has become very rich because of this fact. As a result, if you are the one serving coffee, it's impossible to have enough (never mind all) of the options to make every one of your guests happy.

That was true, but not any more - because the Keurig Coffee Maker makes it easy for you to provide individual servings for all of your coffee requests.

What is a Keurig Single Serve Coffee Maker?

The Keurig coffee machine is an innovative system that allows you to brew fresh premium coffee, tea or cocoa, one cup at a time, in less than a minute.

It uses something called K-Cups, which are cups that contain a filter with exact portions of previously measured coffee, tea or cocoa, air tight and sealed for protection. All you have to do is insert the K-Cup to the machine and in seconds, pressurized hot water is released at the ideal temperature and brews a single cup of perfect coffee, tea or cocoa. When you're done, just throw away the K-Cup. It doesn't get any easier than that (or more convenient).

Keurig B60 Single Cup Brewer - First off the style design is sleek and you'll feel like you can leave it out on the counter top for people to see.

It comes in 3 cup brewing sizes: 5.25-oz: this size is perfect for a rich bold flavorful cup; 7.25-oz.: regular size cup, traditional brew strength; and a 9.25-oz.: mug size.

The B60 Keurig coffee maker has adjustable brew temperatures, a programmable blue backlit LCD display, and a digital clock and programmable on/off timer. There is a blue backlit, removable 48-oz water reservoir with an easy-to-clean stainless steel drip tray that is removable. And a descale indicator helps you avoid calcium mineral build-up and chrome detailing.

Keurig B40 Single Cup Brewer - The Keurig B40 is the base, no-nonsense model - in other words, no real bells and whistles. It offers just one brew size for a regular mug of coffee. It's great if you want to spend less than $100 for your coffee machine. Choose from 2 cup brewing sizes: 7.25 and 9.25-oz. cups including a removable 48-oz water reservoir. It also has the removable, easy-to-clean drip tray (plastic). This little coffee maker also offers an automatic shut-off option (for the forgetful).

With the Keurig coffee system you get to choose from a variety of different K-Cup flavors that give you hot beverages freshly brewed in less than a minute. It's actually like having 3 machines in one: one for coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. You don't have to mess with filters, grinding beans or even measuring out the coffee. It's easy to use and doesn't make any mess - so you save time and effort.
